PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Project management is the art and science of driving the project safely, smoothly with the optimum cost, quality and time throughout its phases. We plan, coordinate, administer, monitor and control all activities of all participants in the project with a view to its timely and economically completion within the predetermined quality, schedule and cost parameters.
Over the years we have been developing and improving continuously systems related to all the blocks of the management; we have created manuals and different systems; we encourage all our employees to participate in enhancing those systems to guarantee that the enhancement add value to the client and the people directly involved in the application of such systems such as:
